NeuralThreads (“we”, “us”) makes a browser extension that lets you carry an AI conversation from one chat platform to another. This page explains what the extension touches, what it doesn't, and how it's stored.
What the extension can see
The extension runs only on pages you're already on — chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, claude.ai, and gemini.google.com. On those pages it reads the visible conversation text so it can capture and later re-insert it. It does not run on, or read, any other website.

We do not run our own server that receives, stores, or logs your conversations. There is no account, sign-in, or cloud sync active in the current version — everything lives in your browser's local storage unless a future version explicitly adds an opt-in cloud sync feature, in which case this policy will be updated before that feature is enabled.
Third parties
The only third party the extension communicates with is Google's Gemini API, used solely to generate a compressed summary of a conversation you've chosen to export. That request is subject to Google's own API terms and privacy practices. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other party.
Your controls
- Everything the extension has stored lives in your browser. Removing the extension removes this data.
- You can clear stored conversations at any time from the extension's popup.
- You can revoke the extension's permissions at any time from
edge://extensionsorchrome://extensions.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes — for example, if a cloud sync feature is added — we'll update this page and the date above before that change ships.
